Trauma Informed Therapeutic Services, Support Groups, and Training

We offer therapeutic services for individuals and families, including children and youth. Services are available in Spanish, English & ASL, with the possibility of other languages, as needed. We have five resident therapists onsite and also partner with other organizations to provide trainings and support groups.

LaTanya is a pre-licensed professional who offers LGBT+ knowledgeable, trauma-focused psychotherapy and Brainspotting services to individuals over 18. She is a problem gambling counselor and a nationally certified sign language interpreter. LaTanya is accepting new clients at a reduced rate of $80 (with a sliding scale based on financial need).

Niki offers LGBT+ knowledgeable therapy services for individuals over 18 and is in-network with several insurance providers. They specialize in helping people heal from interpersonal/relational trauma. Niki also serves as The Welcome Project PA’s Associate Executive Director.

Building Resilience for Kids

6 Week Program for LGBTQ+ your ages 10 to 14

Resilience, the ability to bounce back in challenging times, is particularly important for LGBTQ+ youth. This group will help LGBTQ+ youth challenge negative thinking, build optimism, and understand the importance of connection and purpose in their lives.

LGBTQ+ Individuals often face unique challenges when seeking meaningful and financially supportive employment. This group will help LGBTQ+ folx: identify career interests, prepare a resume, and network to find safe and affirming career opportunities. This group will focus on presenting who we are with pride and confidence, identifying strengths, and leveraging our community resources to support your career growth.
